Charlotte Heptinstall has a BSc Hons Degree in Sports Therapy and over 10 years experience in assessing and providing sport injury rehabilitation to wide range of sports. Having worked in Europe and around the Northwest and previously worked at Anatomy Manchester and Chester for over 5 years.

Charlotte is a Women's Wellness Professional, after completing her studies with Burrell Education. Allowing her to help and treat pregnancy and postnatal injuries via manual therapy, exercise and soft tissue. Also helping women recovery from C-section and hysterectomy via scar massage.

 

Also qualified in and highly experienced in providing holistic therapies such as Indian Head Massage, Lymphatic massage, Deep Tissue Massage and many more. . She is an also qualified Yoga instructor teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga and Pregnancy and Post-natal.
