Reflexology is a very relaxing and non-invasive treatment working on the soles of the feet. This treatment can date back to China as long ago as 2330 B.C. and also at the same time in Egypt. The purpose of the session is to help promote relaxation and release tension and toxins held within the feet. It involves applying moderate pressure to the feet. It is thought that each part of the body is represented on the feet so by applying pressure to a certain part of the foot may improve health and well being within the body and within the person as a whole.

 

Can be used to help with pregnancy inducement, and fertility.

A full Indian Head massage last 60 minutes, in which the therapist will start massaging from the shoulder blades and upwards. As we tend to hold lots of stress and tension in these areas. Traditionally oil is applied to the hair and scalp and massaged in using shampooing motions and help release tension and nourish the hair.

You can also book in for an express session of 30 minutes. If you don't have time for the hour.

 

Regular treatments can be seen to help with migraines, headaches, stress and anxiety. Helps to promote sleep and hair growth.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialised, gentle type of skin massage. It is an hour session where the therapist will treat the whole body in a specific routine. Each limb has lymph vessels which drain towards a lymph node. The therapist will apply a light pump action to help encourage whats in the node to drain out and followed up afterwards with light massage strokes to the node to drain away unwanted cellular waste.

 

The aim is to encourage the fluid and congestion to move away from these areas so it can drain normally. MLD treatments can be helpful after cosmetic or non cosmetic surgery. Clients suffering with Primary or Secondary Lymphoedema and fertility.

 

Advised a course of session close together - Speak to Therapist on how many is needed.
