Edena Therapy can now offer pregnancy and postnatal yoga. whether you and a group of other mums want to chilled out flow or a pregnant mum wanting to keep moving safely.



Online Yoga class

Tuesday - Thursday midday yoga session are offered. These 30 minutes session will get the body moving when it may have been sat still since the morning.
